ACTUATOR ENGINE TECHNOLOGY (ACTUTEC)

Actutec is an intellectual property company with three products patent pending:

     1. A system that converts internal combustion motors into emission-free engines.

     2. A fuel-free generator that can power industry and AI data centers.

     3. A portable fuel-free utility pod producing 1-20 kW of clean AC/DC electricity.

As our name implies, our products engage the power of the actuator in ways that are outside of their normal usage to achieve innovative products. The actuator is a device that converts energy into movemet and our devices are engineered to produce significant movement (work) using relatively little energy. Specifically, each of the above systems produce more energy than is used to operate the device (hense fuel-free) while fully honoring the first law of thermodynamics. Our business model is to design and patent high-potential products and then partner with existing manufacturers to take the product to market. One of our current effort is to work with manufacturers to decarbonize the trucking industry by converting internal combustion engines (ICEs), to zero-emission actuator controlled engines (ACEs) and to introduce utility pods (electricity in a box) for unlimited battery assist of e-bikes and EVs. Utility pods charge batteries while the vehicle is moving to increase milage range.

Utility Pod Applications:

E-bike Battery Assist. This is a custom pod made exclusively for e-bikes. It fits into a water bottle holder and keeps the battery fully charged regardless of the mileage. These e-bikes can power up hills and cover vast stretches of territory, never having to recharge. These pods will likely retail in the $400 range.

EV-Battery Assist. A cluster  (3' x 2' x 1.5' frame) of 20 pods connected to the charging port of an EV will allow that vehicle to travel unlimited mileage and still have a charged battery. These frames produce 25 kW of power, using 5 kW for its own operation and putting the remaining 20 kW to keeping the battery pack charged from 70-100%, even when driving. If mass produced, build should cost around $3.5 k.

Genset. A genset is the term for a fully self-contained generator and the Utility Pod is just such a device. Configurable from 1 to 20 kW per frame with selectable control over AC/DC and voltage  level, these units can power most any tool or household appliance.

Engine Conversions:

Stripping the intake/exhaust manifolds and replacing the head with an actuator converts any internal combustion engine into an air-driven  carbonless fuel-free motor with the same horsepower and torque .

Trucking companies can reduce their operating costs by 20-30%

saving money while saving the environment
