ICE Vehicles

Any gasoline or diesel powered motor can be converted into a zero-emission, fuel-free, engine for an estimated $5,000-$8,000, depending on engine size. While the large diesel truck conversions are more expensive, they will typically pay for themselves in six months on fuel savings alone. While the benefits of ACE technology are a compelling incentive, this is a new technology and it needs to be proven it real world trials before it can be accepted. That is why we are focused on partnering with an established manufacturer for development and implementation.

Electric Vehicles

If carmakers convert their internal combustion engines over to emission-free, fuel-free, ACE models, EVs will be at a disadvantage as they cost more to produce, operatem and maintain. Fortunately, EVs can also reap the benefits of Actutec products by first adopting Power Pods to give them unlimited range, and then to replace battery packs entirely. Pod frames provide the exact same power, are lighter, non-toxic, and non-flammable.

Power Pods for Home & Business
That same pod frame that chargss your EV can also power your whole home. The pod frame, about the size of a ice chest, can either sit in your home (garage or furnace room) or outside close to the main electrical panel. These generators are quiet, provide more than enough energy to power large homes, use no fuel as they run on their own power, and will completely eliminate the electric bill. For businesses, multiple pod frames can be clustered to act as a single unit for 100kW output but, for heavier demand, the ACE converted diesel engine can be adapted to turn a generator to produce clean energy in the 1,000s kW range

It is our vision that people will turn to Power Pods and ACE generators as the primary power source for homes and businesses, turning power into a local resource rather than depending on transmission of power from a distant location. It is expected that pod-driven, fuel-free, power will be the lowest cost per kilowatt ever created.

Trains and Marine Vessels

A 16 cylinder ACE can be clustered in a group of four to produce over 16,000 horsepower and 18,000 lb-ft of torque to power rail and water vessels. These engines, like the rest, are emission-free and don't require a fuel source as they run on air, although the marine model does run on nitrogen gas due to the salt air problem. Since these engines are big and expensive, it is assumed that they will not be adopted for rail or marine use until ACE durability is proven by actual experience.

Industry, Utilities, and AI
Heavy industry energy demands can ourstrip the reach of ACE motor-driven power sources (4,600 horsepower or 2.7 MW per single engine) and fall into the realm of the Water Energy System (WES) hydroelectric generator. The water generator can be scaled up to approximately 13 MW per unit, making it roughly the equivalent of a cluster of 4 sixteen-cylinder motor/generators. While Actutec intends to maintain the patent on this system, implementation of actual products will be held in abeyance until adoption rate of the motor/generator and its' suitability for clustering can be determined. These large-scale systems require heavy Kaplan or Francis turbines that can be very expensive. It is, however, noted that WES generator farms would be less expensive and more environmentally friendly than wind or solar farms and would produce much more energy as they, unlike wind or solar, operate 24 hours a day.
